Biography:

YANG Zhichun is an associate professor at State Key Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Quantum Optics Devices, Institute of Laser Spectroscopy, Shanxi University. He is presiding 2 research funds, including the national and provincial funds. His research interest mainly focuses on micro/nano optoelectronic materials and devices (scalable and integration), including photodetectors and imaging, solar cells and modules, and organic light emitting diodes. He has published more than 30 papers, and 12 papers published as first or corresponding author and 3 of them were selected into ESI highly cited papers. The total citations are more than 1800 times and his H-index is 19. He is a guest editor of Photonics special issue on “Micro/Nano Optoelectronic Materials and Devices”.
