1.Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) processed graphene

2.Low temperature graphene by PECVD; Study of morphology control of 3 dimensional graphene and its growth mechanism by PECVD.

3.Application of 3D graphene as electrode for supercapacitor and nanogenerator

4.Development of graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide by solution process.

5.Development of graphene quantum dot and its application in light emitting diode (LED).

6.Research on thin film encapsulation process
