1. 2010年7月到2015年9月,博士研究生,荷兰格罗宁根大学泽尼克高级材料研究所;
2. 2004年9月到2007年6月,硕士研究生,南京大学物理系微电子学与固体电子学;
3. 1999年9月到2003年6月,本科,山西大学物理电子工程学院材料物理专业;

 研究方向:

1.有机光电器件(太阳能电池,发光二极管)的制备与机理分析;
2.光电器件中电荷的迁移与复合,测试方法包括SCLC,TOF,CELIV;
3.利用稳态光谱(吸收谱,荧光发光谱,荧光激发谱)和超快光谱(时间分辨荧光,瞬态吸收)分析半导体材料中的所有光物理性能,包括分子基团间的相互作用,分子内/分子间的能量和电荷转移,光生电荷的复合,热电荷的弛豫等;
4.搭建新的光电测试设备;
