Biography:
YANG Zhichun is an associate professor at State Key Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Quantum Optics Devices, Institute of Laser Spectroscopy, Shanxi University. He is presiding 2 research funds, including the national and provincial funds. His research interest mainly focuses on micro/nano optoelectronic materials and devices (scalable and integration), including photodetectors, solar cells and organic light emitting diodes. He has published more than 20 papers, and 9 papers published as first or corresponding author and 2 of them were selected into ESI highly cited papers. The total citations are more than 1300 times and his H-index is 17. He is a guest editor of Photonics special issue on “Micro/Nano Optoelectronic Materials and Devices”.
